About

Ryan Tate

My name is Ryan Tate and I am a 30-something year old writer, former-engineer, current pastor, and lover of chocolate brownies but none of that really matters (except the brownies). If you don’t find yourself in a great story you’ll be captured by a lesser one. The story I find myself in has a plotline of unconditional grace and abundant joy found solely in the story of the Gospel.

I’ve been married to my wife, Kristen, for seven years and we have three kids. Ella (5), Benjamin, (3) and Jadwin (1). We live in northeast Ohio and are on-mission with our church community Mosaic:neo.

My family and I live by this mission statement:

We desire to live by faith, be known by love, and to be voice of hope (1 Thes 1:3) through being a family united by faith in the gospel of Jesus Christ (Hab 2:4), choosing to serve the Lord (Josh 24:15) and acting as an embassy for the kingdom of God (2 Cor 5:14-20).
